The Timely Demise Of Don Quixote!

J. Edwards and J. Myers both feel I am fixated on a plot, some kind of nefarious undertakings by Aurora, York Region, Police, Police Services and the 3 ladies.

“People who are more vengeful tend to be those who are motivated by power, by authority and by the desire for status.

They don’t want to lose face.”

And I would have agreed up until last week. Now, I realize how wrong I was.

It was not so much collusion as time management and a singular focus induced by one person. She managed to focus police on specific crimes she imagined being committed. She has done this since June 4, 2017 when she first assaulted me in Sheppard’s Bush.

Revenge is…

Revenge is defined as the act of committing a harmful action against a person or group in response to a grievance, be it real or perceived.

Francis Bacon described revenge as a kind of “wild justice” that “does… offend the law [and] putteth the law out of office.”

Primitive justice or retributive justice is often differentiated from more formal and refined forms of justice such as distributive justice and divine judgment.

Social psychologist Ian Mckee states that the desire for the sustenance of power motivates vengeful behavior as a means of impression management: “People who are more vengeful tend to be those who are motivated by power, by authority and by the desire for status. They don’t want to lose face.

“Revenge is a profound moral desire to keep faith with the dead, to honor their memory by taking up their cause where they left off”

“an avenger feels as if he restores the previous state of dignity and justice.”

So, is Mandie Eddie just trying to talk up the cause of her aunt?

Or was it to uphold the honour of the Halton Region Police force?

Vengeful behavior has been found across a majority of human societies. Some societies encourage vengeful behavior, which is called a feud. These societies usually regard the honor of individuals and groups as of central importance. Thus, while protecting of his reputation an avenger feels as if he restores the previous state of dignity and justice. According to Michael Ignatieff, “Revenge is a profound moral desire to keep faith with the dead, to honor their memory by taking up their cause where they left off”. Thus, honor may become a heritage that passes from generation to generation. Whenever it is compromised, the affected family or community members might feel compelled to retaliate against an offender to restore the initial “balance of honor” that preceded the perceived injury. This cycle of honor might expand by bringing the family members and then the entire community of the new victim into the brand-new cycle of revenge that may pervade generations.

Until Daria Morgendorffer uncloaked herself, I had been imagining any number of possible combinations of actions which could have had me arrested 7 times. As I described my theories in excruciating detail, people tended to disagree and so they accused me of “tilting at windmills.”

Tilting at windmills is an English idiom which means “attacking imaginary enemies”, originating from Miguel de Cervantes’ early 17th century novel Don Quixote and from the romantic, ill-thought-out actions of the story’s hero of the same name.

I HAD to imagine my enemies because all I saw before me were police, lawyers, prosecutors and the judiciary. The actual enemy was there all along, hidden JUST out of sight.

I am guessing that at first she was trying to stay hidden, even though she sent some rather obvious signals now that I have gathered all the emails in one place. She merged into a pseudonym of her childhood hero, Daria Morgendorffer, a cartoon character of a very cranky female teenager. Perhaps this is how she sees herself today. Young, cranky, obstinate, stubborn. I cannot say. I have never spoken to her.

My communications were limited to a few emails in 2017 about various parks and procedure. I must have upset her, because on June 3, 2017 Mandie snuck up and assaulted me from behind in a park. She shoved her fist into my armpit, she admitted teh assauly to police in my copy of the video interview. She unclenched her fists and left me a ticket. No introduction, ni badge, no name, nothing… she hit, she ran. Well, marched quickly off while I too a dozen pictures of her and her 2 officers. Motorcycle leathers she wore to her own public event to win back dog owners alienated by rude bylaws officers.

My two dogs and I did not feel the love. She had not asked name for ID. NO name, no address. She had targeted me from my blog and wanted revenge for what I said about her boyfriend, Allan Downey I now realize in retrospect. I had been pretty hard on him convincing him to spend the FIRST EVERE MONEY on the off leash dog [ark.

From June 4, 2017 when I charged her with assault she has lain low and acted out her revenge using others to bring forward evidence to police and to charge me in THEIR names. So, Helen may not want to have arrested me but Mandie talked her into it. Maybe she said “Look what it did for me, he could not mention my name for 2 years!” Crown Moull did not stay the charges November 12, 2017 as he promised. He let them time out after a year in 2018 and THEN he stayed them and their recognizances until 2019. Crowns are not PERMITTED to stay charges unless they have a PLAN to reactivate in less than 12 months. He had no such plans. That was the first abuse by the Crown.

When May 10, 2018 came along and the dog attacked us, Mandie may have looked at my email request to Brad Dewar, Bylaws Manager, All Councillors and the Mayor…

I have reported you to the police. I have blocked you from contacting me. The fact that you have changed you email to get through to me is a cyber crime.

This email is slander and defamation of character.   I do not have a contract with the town.  I am not the lead volunteer for the park.  Therefore, you have no reason to contact me.

Never contact me again for any reason and stop following me.

The only truthful statement is the police report. The rest are not.

So Mandie told her to claim fear, arrest me, shut me up with bail terms… so Helen did. But Helen based the arrest on there NOT being a contract. So Det. Ward helped out and he coached her how to testify in court that there really was no contract, despite the fact she knew what it was all along.

This thread begins with Aurora telling Helen her agreement was expiring, read bottom up:

Hi Bob,  Here is what I have from 2015 regarding the park agreement.  Helen

I will get the agreement together and have staff drop it at your place (unless you’d rather I emailed it all to you, including attachments)

Hi Carole,

We didn’t realize the agreement expires. Yes, we are interested in renewing.

I sent Jim an email request for a few items we are in need of.

Any chance he forwarded that to you? And, can I get a status update.

Thank you,

Helen I have been reviewing the Adopt-A-Park agreements and note that the agreement with your group for Canine Commons has expired.

Are you interested in renewing this agreement??

If so I would be happy to get a new agreement together, leaving all of the same wording as the last (including all schedules)

Once again we would require the committee to sign off on it and also sign the waivers of liability.

Please let me know if you are interested or if you have any questions

There are many definitions of :contract” ion there law. Here are two, one is a U.S. definiotion and one is Canadian:

So, an “agreement” is a WIDER form of a “contract”.

To be continued…
