Finally, an honest politician. One who can readily admit an affair with a MUCH younger woman, 31 to his 68 years.
Lawyers! He is a lawyer, too. The double kiss of death. He knew the laws on infidelity and what it will now cost him.
Who, or what man, could EVER turn down that offer? To go back 37 years in the age of potential dating targets… well, no man would EVER object to having ANOTHER kick at the can.
Good on him, though, for resigning without a fuss. That is the way to do it, just step done and disappear and retire.
