Mandie Effs Up! She emailed ME!

SO, I’m sitting quietly and minding her business when Mandie chose to Email ME.

The “cause” was I asked Arzu Kaya, in J. Edwards office I guess, why the appearance was canceled with J. Edwards…

Good afternoon Mr. Lepp,

As per RSJ Edwards, April 30 is a case conference.  It is not a chance to reopen and relitigate.     Thank you, Arzu

Good morning Mr. Lepp,

Thank you for your email. The reason for the cancellation is the Chief Justice’s most recent Notice to the Profession. Please see below link for the details.

Arzu explains cancellation -it is NOT URGENT coming up to 3 years after filing

So, Mandie got that email somehow and clicked “Reply”… My address came up as the “Reply To” and she did not even notice. She must have thought it was going back to Ms Adrian.

So, her lawyer(s) are sending her copies of my emails.

She uses Apple Mail on an iPhone in which she set up her gmail address. Her GPS location when she opened that new Gmail address would come back to me in a court order. Maybe Alliston or King City.

Ms Adrian has a habit of sending things to annoy me, like the December 5, 2019 threatening letter to my wife that go me convicted after a heart attack.

So, she may have asked Mandie to “make a little mistake” and email me to pester me.

But, she is not supposed to email the defendant in her suit directly. It’s legal, just non-standard when you have two lawyers. to use ONE OF THEM to email me.

X-Mailer: iPhone Mail (18D70)
Content-Type: multipart/alternative; boundary=Apple-Mail-7864881F-8FCB-48CA-9DA6-AE9E1620E463
Received-Spf: pass ( domain of designates as permitted sender) client-ip=;

I parsed the email headed for IP address, her phone not a desktop. The Address cited is Google/Gmail in California.

It turns out Gmail blocks the sender’s device’s IP address for “security”, so the court order is even more necessary now.

There seems to be no penalty of a lawyer passes the Defendant’s or Plaintff’s “without prejudice” communications trying to settle….
